I know you guys get a ton of emails but I wanted to let you know what your company has done for me. First, this is a memorial piece for my best friend and the dog that your artist did was named Agnes and while I wasn’t her mom, I loved her just as much as her mom did. She got really sick and my friend was trying to hold on sending her over the rainbow bridge until I could say goodbye, I missed saying goodbye to my princess by 2 days. I saw your company on Facebook and realized that was Agnes’s spirit in real life, colorful and full of beauty and so I sent in her picture. But her picture didn’t show her Coach tag, so I sent another and asked if the artist could add it to be seen in the front. When you sent me the picture, I broke down and cried because there was my beautiful Agnes brought to life in a way I have never seen before. Her mom just received the picture you created and she told me she too broke down in tears seeing her love pug that way. She said verbatim “and you can even see her Coach tag”. You guys are truly amazing and everyone should get their babies portrait done this way!!

Tim was my customer service rep and he responded to my questions and requests quickly and professionally. I made a couple changes to my posters and the design team completed those within a few days.
