Refund Policy / Order Cancellation

Please be advised that PrintingWithPaws has a no returns policy due the nature of our personalized products being offered. However, if something doesn't look right or is defective for one or more reasons, we'll of course look into it and rectify the situation for you immediately. After all, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Pre - Delivery
Order cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours after your order has been placed. Anything thereafter will require a $25 fee. The reason for this is because we start working on your order as soon as we can, a $25 fee will go towards the time put into starting order fulfilment as well as costs associated with having your design worked on by artists.

Post-Delivery
Due to the fact that items purchased on PrintingWithPaws are unique, custom created designs which contain an image of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you followed our photo guide but have received an inadequate art render of your pet, we'll do what we can to make it right. Please reach out to us and we would be happy to help.

Pet Coloration
With every design we create, every effort is made in order to capture the micro coloration details of your pet. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the colours of the product to be exact as shown on the product page, digitally or in an image. The coloration is limited to the technology and tools available to us. We use state of the art printers and quality printing materials, however ink will always print darker. We do what is possible from our end to brighten up your artwork prior to printing, in aim to achieve the best quality print result.
