Of course! Your satisfaction is our number one priority! So if you aren’t 100% happy (wagging and purring and miaowing) with your Printing With Paws purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. How is Printing With Paws artwork made?

We have a team of incredibly talented artists and designers that specialise in creating unique pet artwork. It has taken them many years to master the art and what they do; they use amongst others, unique brushes and special techniques along with professional effects to be able to create the artwork and wonderful images of your pets.

Do you offer international shipping?

It would only be fair that your location should not prevent you from being able to get your very own, one of a kind, Printing With Paws pet poster, canvas or any customized item of your choice.

For that, we have made every effort to be able to ship almost all our products to almost every country around the world. In the very unlikely scenario where your delivery address isn't in one of the over 90 countries we ship to, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do for you.

International shipping get's calculated for you during the checkout stage of placing your order.

Do multiple items ship separately?

The short answer is yes! The long answer is that if you order multiple different items, some of them might be sent in more than one package! The reason behind this is that we work with a range of different print partners around the world, in order to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible. We know it's not nice to have to wait long for your unique customized pet posters or canvas to arrive! Or for a fact for any of your ordered products to arrive!

How fast is 'First in Line' shipping?

It is actually super fast. When you purchase "First in Line" with your order, we prioritize it over the rest of the orders. So you can expect to receive your 'First in Line' order 1 week earlier than our standard shipping timeframes.

Question 6

Will the photo I have be suitable?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend photos in sunny or bright light (so we can catch details) and having your pet sitting or standing up. Please see our Photo Guide page for more information and tips on what would be best.

Keep in mind that our artists work with the head to chest region of your pet as that is our brand!

Can you do customized products for humans?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we aren't able to do humans! We are pet lovers by heart and we would like to remain just like that. We want to remain true to our brand and mission from day one which started with just pets, for pets.

My order tracking number isn't working, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

Not to worry, on rare occasions there could be an issue with the tracking. We're here to help, contact us through our Contact Us page or any of our social media platforms and we'll be happy to help right away!

Do I have to pay customs fees on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Customs policies vary from country to country. Our orders ship from different locations around the world, based on your delivery address. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes we change our minds and that's fine, we understand. However, any changes that you would need to be made to an order within 2 hours after the time which it was placed. Keep in mind that we send your pet uploads to our artists directly after you purchase! Therefore, any adjustment after the 2 hours timeframe are not promised and may not be possible.

If you would like to cancel an order completely, you can do so in the first 2 hours. Anything thereafter will require a $25 art fee as after that point in time we would have started working on your order.

Get in touch with us either way to let us know and we'll do our best. If you send us an email but don’t receive a reply within 30 minutes, don’t worry. We’ll get back to you and honour the timestamp on the email received.

Do you do proofs prior to shipment?

Yes we do! After your purchase, we'll send your order to our professional artists to work on. When the art work is ready, you will have the opportunity to review and approve it before it is sent to be printed and shipped.

If you don't love your proof, our professional artists will be more than happy to make any adjustments. Let us know and we'll do our best.

What is your refund policy?

We cannot offer returns because of the customized nature of art products we produce. Your artwork is your personal and unique product with your pet.

However, please contact us if you unhappy with your art product or have any problems with it. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always try our best to make you completely satisfied and happy with the result and any order you place.

If you received the wrong product/s, an incorrect size, incorrect type of print or your product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach photos of the product received. We will investigate the situation to avoid it happening in future and issue you a replacement.

Question 13

How do I upload a photo with multiple pets?

Our recommendation would be to use a photo collage or photo editing app on your phone, if you don't have a photo of the pets all together.

From experience, we generally would recommend having a maximum of 4 pets. Of course it's not a set rule, there is some wiggle room depending on the situation and setup, but we have seen that anything beyond 4 pets will be too excessive and not create the best results.
