Order Cancellations

After purchase, we give our customers a 2 hour window for requesting a cancellation. Anything after that timeframe will require a $25 art fee to have the order cancelled.

We start working on your order right after purchase
as soon as we can so that your items arrive as soon as possible!

The cancellation fee helps us cover the costs associated with starting your order, including fees that have been paid for the designer.
